The Stewardship Volunteer Program Coordinator will report to the Executive Director, assist TILT staff in administering its new Preserve Stewardship Volunteer Program. Responsibilities include volunteer recruitment, conducting training sessions, tracking volunteer participation, educating and engaging the public and further program development. Applicant must be motivated, enthusiastic, enjoy working with others in an outdoor environment and posses a commitment to the Land Trust’s mission, principles and values. This is a part-time, seasonal paid position.

Summer Land Steward
Summer Land Steward is an hourly, seasonal position that reports to TILT's Stewardship Coordinator.
The Summer Land Stewards assist TILT trustees and staff to better serve TILT's mission. During summer months, TILT expands its property management on wildlife preserves, conservation easements, and recreational facilities and trails. The Summer Land Stewards' responsibilities include: assisting staff with conservation easement management; helping to manage and maintain all TILT- owned recreational facilities and trails; assisting with outreach through TILTreks and KidsTreks and summer events; and office support. All summer staff have the opportunity to learn about the workings of a land trust, become familiar with local ecology, and gain experience in land stewardship and management techniques.
