Frank Cole, Trustee emeritus, died at his Murray Isle cottage on October 21, 2006. He was born in Montclair, NJ in 1929, and attended St. Lawrence University, where he met Beverly Runyan. They were married 52 years.

 

Frank joined the TILT board just after its incorporation in 1986 and was instrumental in the development of the organization. He was a tremendous resource to the board and great advocate for the preservation of the river’s rocks and shoals. Frank resigned from the board in 2000. He was a genuine friend to this region and its denizens and we will miss him.
